The start of realization of the OHTC is planned for 2025. Up to 220,000 m2 of gross floor area (GFA above ground) is available for an attractive user mix of SMEs, industry, technology centers, and startups. Neighbors such as the Ludwig Maximilian University,
the State Office for Health and Food Safety LGL, and the Helmholtz Center all work in a variety of future technologies. Buildings for laboratories and production, research & and development, maker space, administration, student housing, boarding houses, hotels, and catering are being realized.
