Project management is another domain in which the asto Group contributes its extensive experience and expertise. From planning to implementation and completion of real estate projects, the asto Group takes care of the efficient coordination of all relevant processes. This includes scheduling, budget control, quality assurance, and risk management.

asto Communal Projekt GmbH is responsible for the development division. It controls the project development, the creation of building rights, planning and realisation, including tendering, awarding and supervision of construction services and a possible user-specific extension. This includes securing costs, qualities, and functions.

In addition to the technical development of industrial, high-tech location clusters, asto Communal also advises on an optimal office and workplace strategy, considering the changing requirements of new working environments.
